Signed by the artist in pencil and numbered 75/75 (there were also 15 artist's proofs in Roman Numerals), published by Fischer Fine Art Ltd., London, with a deckle edge on one side.

Referenced in the catalogue of the artists work: Cramer 299 and held in the Tate collection.
